RIP Campuzano

So, yesterday I had my appointment at the DMV to officially change my last name.  Alan had been bugging me about this.  I already got my new social.  It's just so weird, kinda bittersweet in a way.  I've been Campuzano for 32 years and some change and then all of a sudden, I'm not!  

Don't get me wrong, I love that I'm married.  Still it's just sad, like if someone has died.  I wonder if anyone else feels this way when changing their name?

I wish Alan would understand what I mean... why couldn't he change his last name?? Damn mexican machismo! =)

Anyway, I love my new last name... Castillo!!  Sounds so princess like! haha!

Now to change my  bank account, insurance, email accounts, oh the list just goes on and on...
